The website BodyBack.com sells a variety of massage tools including the ones pictured here.  (I have NO affiliation with them.)  For self-massage I recommend starting with two things: 1)   a “big curved tool” like the blue “S-shaped” Body Back Buddy, or any of its many competitors, like a TheraCane®.  2)   the grey AccuMassage tool which is AMAZING to squeeze the back of the neck and the tops of the shoulders.</image:caption>
